You have just purchased or renting for the first time and do not know where to start.  Let us fit-out your home.  This can involve as much or as little as you like.  We can completely ready your home from sourcing all kitchen wares e.g. cutlery, plates etc. through to bed linen etc. window and floor coverings.  Furniture for each room or rooms selected as well as all the finishing touches.  We make the necessary selections giving you a complete inventory list with prices, conditions and supply source for your easy purchasing. Upon delivery we will then arrange everything in your home for you to just sit back and enjoy!  We will work within your budget and guidelines at all times. Perhaps you are wishing to sell a property.  In order to obtain the best sale price on your property, whether it is your family home or an investment property, presentation is the key.  We offer a service as follows: Consultation – viewing the property and detailing how best to achieve maximum impact to prospective buyers. We can undertake this project if you require in re arranging your furniture, de cluttering and achieving the best possible visual impact. We will work within your budget and guidelines should you decide to upgrade the property e.g. painting, general maintenance by sourcing trade persons and quotes.
